How to Pay Your Program Fees?

Stay connected and informed. The Adult Residential Communities Resident Portal streamlines administrative tasks and enhances communication for you and your family/loved ones. You can securely make credit or debit card payments, generate cash payment barcodes, communicate with ARC staff, view upcoming fee schedules, receive payment reminders, review payment history, participate in community forums, and access program resources.

Residents are required to provide an email address in order to create an online resident portal account and pay their rent, otherwise they will be required to pay with cash via the PayNearMe system utilizing a barcode that is provided to you by their Program Manager.

To make a payment, obtain a pay code OR speak with a Billing Specialist, you may call (954) 900-9012 Ext. 3 Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM and we'd be happy to help!

How Do I Setup My Resident Portal Account?

Residents must submit their email address to Adult Residential Communities (ARC) in order for us to activate their resident portal account. Once we receive your email address, an invitation will be sent via email to set up your account and create a password. If the resident does not have an email address, they will be required to pay their rent via the PayNearMe system. If a residents family member/loved one has an email address, the resident may, with the permission of that person, use their email address to create their account. Can Someone Other Than a Resident Pay?

Of course! ARC understands that a resident’s family/loved ones are often involved in the recovery process, which may include financial assistance. If the resident has an email address on file and has already setup their account, you will need to log in with their email address and password. If the resident does not have an email address on file and the family/loved one does, we can create the resident account using the family members email address. Click the button below, fill up the form, and we will email you an invitation to setup the resident portal account within (24) hours.

Need a Paycode To Pay with Cash?

Simply login to your Resident Portal Account and click on the "Get Paycode" button. Type in your zip code, click your nearest payment location and enter either a phone number OR e-mail address and we will have the barcode sent directly to you! If you have not setup your Resident Portal Account and need a barcode sent to your phone or e-mail, please call a Billing Specialist at (954) 900-9012 Ext 3. Specialists are available Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM. Should you require a paper copy, please notify your Program Manager.

How Much is Your Program?

A $10.00 late-fee will automatically be applied to a residents account if payment is not received within 1 day of its scheduled due date. To dispute a late fee, you may email billing@arcnetwork.org. ARC maintains a no-refund policy on all program fee payments and processing fees. There are no exceptions to this policy

Proof of Residency

Residents requiring a letter confirming their residency at Adult Residential Communities may email admissions@arcnetwork.org with their name and date of birth. Your account must be current for us to process this request.

Accounts In Collection

The Resident Accounts and Billing Department at ARC will make every effort to work with our residents during financial hardship and come up with a payment plan to keep them in our program. If those efforts prove unsuccessful, and you are discharged from ARC Network with an outstanding balance, your account will be forwarded to IC System Inc. for debt collection purposes and a $50.00 collections fee will be applied to your account (61) days after your date of discharge. We will make every effort to resolve this debt with you directly prior to submitting the account to collections.

Once an account has been forwarded to IC System, ARC representatives are unable to discuss your financial account and all correspondence must be made with IC System directly. IC System Inc. may be reached by calling 1-800-279-7244 or by writing to them at 444 Highway 96 East P.O Box 64378, St. Paul Minnesota, 55164. Please include your name, address, phone number, account number, and list ARC as the creditor.

If you have been discharged from ARC Network, owe a balance, and have not been notified that your account has been sent to collections and would like to resolve the debt, please contact a Billing Specialist at (954) 900-9012 Ext. 3 and we'd be happy to help.
